Overview - Group Work
We run  training programmes ("interventions") for a wide variety of different organisations. We work with public and private sector, large and small organisations. We work in the UK, Europe and all over the globe. We have run interventions in UK (including the Channel Isles), Korea, USA, Poland, France, Hungary, Turkey, India, Switzerland, Germany and the Republic of Ireland. See below for examples of the kinds of training programmes we run with groups of people.

Overview - Executive Coaching and Mentoring
We have worked with many executives on a 1-1 basis to coach and/or mentor them to raise their awareness. Coaching works well for senior executives where time is at a premium and they need to be able to talk about issues on a one to one basis - we also, however, coach and mentor at many different levels within an organisation.

Our Approach
Our approach is to partner with our clients to create programmes and interventions that fit within their culture. Whilst we may end up using similar models in programmes for each of our clients, the goal is that each programme is fully tailored and will use the language, examples, scenarios, department names and so on, that attendees will immediately recognise. For example, we will often include discussion case studies in our interventions - these are designed jointly by us and our client to ensure that the case study reflects the unique culture of our client. We also encourage the use of action learning sets to help attendees help themselves and to reinforce the learning back in the workplace.

Given the above, we don't run standard, off-the-shelf programmes. To best illustrate the kinds of programmes and interventions we do, we have shown below a selection of the projects we have been involved in recently.
